Dinner Idea: Baked Potato Soup!

Smitten Kitchen just posted a recipe for this delicious looking Baked Potato Soup. The recipe uses leeks which I don't recall ever cooking with before so it will be nice to try something new. Honestly I can't get enough soup this time of year and baked potatoes are a cheap and easy dinner staple in our house. This recipe is going directly into my to try bookmark folder!
