Pancake Muffins

I'm so excited I found the time to do some baking today, Mini Chocolate chip Pancake Muffins shared by Baked Bree! The first batch I made while my daughter ate breakfast. Then during her one and only nap and in between painting I whipped out another double batch since they turned out so yummy. I made them without the glaze, mostly to save time, but saving a few calories is just an added bonus. These were great to share with friends that stopped by today, I also shared a few with some family that took over entertaining Brooklynn this afternoon so we could maximize our work time!
