It's week 4 of eating as much from our pantry and freezer as possible. Last Saturday was one of our moving days and we ended up ordering pizza instead of the mac and cheese I had planned so we'll be having that this week. I'm really looking forward to settling into our new space and back to trying out new recipes each week.
Sunday: Lunch - Leftover Pizza, Dinner - Pasta Goulash
Monday: Canned Soup, Whole Wheat Monterey Jack Grilled Cheese
Tuesday: Macaroni and Cheese with Peas
Wednesday: Salsa Chicken & Black Bean Soup
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Dinner Out
Saturday: Peanut Vegetable Curry with Jasmine Rice
