Remember my Birthday Freebies List I posted here? I had signed up for these restaurant clubs weeks ago and to my surprise we received a $10 California Pizza Kitchen Adventure Card in the mail today! Luckily we have a month to use this one! Last week was the big day and my hubby received so many freebie coupons they aren't even all going to be used, such a shame :)
