Wow, where has the time gone, I can't believe its June already . . .well I am thrilled to report I haven't missed one week of meal planning since January 1! It has helped tremendously with sticking to our budget and I've also noticed we've been eating less pasta and more vegetables than we used to which great.
Sunday: BBQ at my parents
Monday: Red Pepper & Zucchini Pie Crust Quiche, Cantaloupe
Wednesday: Leftover Santa Fe Chicken Tacos, Watermelon
Thursday: Vegetable Chicken Stir-fry with Rice
Friday: Leftovers and/or Tuna Melts and Green Beans
Saturday: Out of Town, meals not yet planned.
