Last week's menu went flawlessly. I created a simpler version of the chicken noodle soup recipe I've been using that I'll share later this week. It's so easy you won't eat canned chicken noodle soup again. The Peanut Vegetable Curry is a dish my hubby makes, I'll try and get him to write down the recipe to share as he makes it this week.

Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Peanut Vegetable Curry with Jasmine Rice
Friday: Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup, French Bread
Saturday: Dinner Out
