Send in 10 Participating Kellogg's UPC's (no receipts!) and receive a $10 Prepaid Debit Mastercard which you should be able to spend anywhere not just on gas. Head here to download the rebate form. Offer good through 12/31/2011 or while supplies last so you have some time.
